Parents of Seniors

If seniors have not already done so, they should send Mrs. Marsh a list of all scholarships they have been awarded so that they can be acknowledged at the Awards Banquet on Thursday, May 15.

Seniors should also be sure that they have completed all necessary paperwork for Mrs. Fiene.  These forms will be available after Easter Break.

  1. Final Transcript Form – Every graduate will have their final transcript sent for free to

the school they plan to attend, but the form must be completed so that Mrs. Fiene

knows where exactly to send the transcript.

  1. Yearbook Form – This tells Mrs. Fiene where to send the graduate’s yearbook if it

needs to be shipped when they arrive next fall.

  1. SEVIS Transfer Form – This form is for any international graduates who plan to attend

school in the USA next year.

  1. Co-Validation Form – This form may be needed for some international students who

require co-validation when they return to their home country.

Parents of Returning Students

All returning students will have an opportunity to make a schedule for 2025-2026 prior to the end of this school year. Mrs. Marsh and Mrs. Schmidt will soon begin meeting with current juniors, sophomores, and freshmen.

Each year returning students are required to re-enroll online at the Saints Central platform. Please  complete re-enrollment no later than July 1. Re-enrollment allows the principal’s office to enter a student’s chosen class schedule into Saints Central.  If re-enrollment is not completed by July 1, students may be removed from classes that are at capacity. Completing re-enrollment assists Mrs. Fiene, the administration, and teachers so that appropriate plans can be made for the upcoming school year.

VISION:  We are Saints chosen for vocations that use all of our gifts to live the love of Jesus in this broken world.
