Application Procedure
In applying for admission to Saint Paul Lutheran High School, the following items are needed for the applicant’s file.
• Application for Admission Form – Properly completed and signed by the applicant and the parent/legal guardian.
• Recent photograph – of the applicant and one of their family to accompany the application form.
• Application fee – This fee should accompany the application.

• Official Transcript of Grades and Standardized Testing – These records are to be provided by the applicant’s current school. A request form is available for that purpose. If a student is applying for 9th grade, all 7th and 8th grade information must be submitted. If a student is applying for 10th, 11th or 12th grades all course work and test scores for high school work must be submitted.
• Transcript Release Form – completed and sent to your current school for release of all records and information.
• Report Card – in addition to the transcript requested above, a copy of the current year’s report card is required.
• Transcript Clarification – is required for all course work completed outside the United States for work completed on the high school level. One form for each semester of work. This form is available on the Web site. All documents must be provided in English.
• Student Autobiography – submitted by the student. Requirements are listed in the application packet.
• Parents Letter – submitted by each parent on the student’s behalf. Requirements are listed in the application packet.
• Language Teacher Recommendation – international students
• Statement of Financial Responsibility – required of all international students by their parents banking institution.
• TOFEL or SLEP – International students are requested to take the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language, website HYPERLINK "http://www.toefl.org" www.toefl.org) or the SLEP test (Secondary Level English Proficiency Test, found on the TOEFL website)

I-20 Instructions:
An I-20 can be issued after a student has submitted a complete application packet and the student has been accepted and enrolled. The $500 International Deposit must be received before any I-20 preparations will be made. Please contact the Admissions Office for a copy of the Bank Wire Transfer Routing numbers for funds to be transmitted electronically.
